Mountain Bike Workout
Tuesdays, 5:45pm at Balboa Park. Meet at the entrance of the San Diego Velodrome at Morley Field / Balboa Park (behind the tennis courts, near the baseball fields). We’ll be easy to spot, as our mountain bikes stand out quite a bit from all the track bikes.

Make sure you bring your bicycle, lights, helmet, something to drink and be ready to ride — looking forward to seeing you all there!

**Coach Richard will be at the workout 15-20 mins early (“office hours”) if you have any questions about the workout for the evening, riding, training, nutrition, equipment, etc.
